'The Path of Liberation is not so much about technique—although we teach and practice good technique.
It is about the love of Dharmas, the love of how things come into being and pass away and in the unborn nature.'
Lama Chokyi Gyaltsen (Teachings on the Twelve Examples of Illusion, June 2021)

“The hallmark of neurosis is paralysis. Too much or too little of anything that is not appropriate for generating good causes and conditions is a type of paralysis.”
Lama Chokyi Gyaltsen (On Paralysis, Excerpt of Teaching on White Tara Practice, Dec. 2020)

“We desire comfort because we want to be in a state of love—not loving-kindness, not awake love, but a cozy love. If you wish: find the anti-comfort without being a masochist.”
Lama Chokyi Gyaltsen (On Paralysis, Excerpt of Teaching on White Tara Practice, Dec. 2020)

“The Path itself is mind-training. There is no Dharma that is not mind training.”
Lho Ontul Rinpoche (On Mind Training, 2020, Part 1)

“You really have to decide what love is, whether it is something you fall into or build up.”
Namgyal Rinpoche (On Love, 1974)

“The only thing that could be in the way to liberation—logically, experientially, and according to tradition—is fear. When there is no fear, there is trust.”
Lama Chökyi Gyaltsen (White Tara practice, 2020)

“There is no other Buddhahood than the essence of Mahamudra or Dzogchen.”
Lho Ontul Rinpoche (On the Fivefold Path of Mahamudra, 2020)

“There is no other way to enlightenment but through Samsara – if you were to see it as it really is.”
Namgyal Rinpoche (Graveside discourses 1975)

“If you change the word ‘prayer’ – which you should do – into ‘wise, compassionate, liberative intent,’ and placing that in your mindstream over and over again, it has incredible benefits for sentient beings!”
Lama Chökyi Gyaltsen (On Prayer and Intent Mind, 2020)

“To train in one’s own altruistic mind is the root of mind training, the root of Bodhicitta-awareness.”
Lho Ontul Rinpoche (On Mind Training and Lojong, 2020, Part 2)

“As your awareness increases, you will drop the view that the body is a second-class citizen. It is a vehicle for comprehension and for apprehension of the dialogues of the universe.”
Namgyal Rinpoche (Graveside discourses, 1975)

“For the body to be radiant, even when it is full of worms and bacteria and virally infected and wracked with pain, it is still a holy temple.”
Lama Chökyi Gyaltsen (On Meditation in Difficult Times of Life, 2020)

May you find inspiration and Dharma-Food for your Path to speedy liberation for yourself and all beings!
