The Namgyal Yangzab Buddhist Community of Canada (NYBCC) supports Lama Chokyi Gyaltsen with various projects in bringing the profound wisdom of the many Rime Dharma transmissions and instructions given by Karma Dorje Namgyal Rinpoche and the profound transmission lineages of the Drikung Dzogchen (Gongpa Yangzab), including a vast body of Dharma by Orgyen Nuden Dorje to a broader audience. Your donation is vital for us and highly inspiring to accomplish our mission’s four main activities:
Visiting Teachers Fund
Generous donations have enabled several visits from our esteemed teachers, Lho Ratna Rinpoche and Kyabje Lho Ontul Rinpoche, thereby offering our community with invaluable teachings and transmissions. These funds support visa processes, international travel, and accommodations, allowing us to continue hosting Lho Ratna Rinpoche again soon.
Translation Fund
The translations of the texts by Nuden Dorje and Jigden Sumgön presented to Lama Gyaltsen play a crucial role in his commitment to making these profound teachings accessible to a broader audience. Your donation enables NYBCC to commit our translators to proceed with their meritorious work on a regular basis.
Bursary Fund
Help make the Namgyal Yangzab teachings accessible to all interested practitioners. Your contributions provide financial aid to students, allowing them to immerse in retreats and study programs of our teachers, regardless of their economic background.

General Fund/Friends & Patrons
Join our cause as a Friend & Patron with an annual donation of a minimum of $200. As a Friend & Patron of NYBCC you help us cover our operational expenses and empower us to:
- Provide regular Zoom classes throughout the year, including many free sessions.
- Offer transcriptions, audio, and video recordings of teachings.
- Maintain and update the NYBCC Website with Lama Gyaltsen’s teaching activities and free access to Teaching Treasures 24/7,
- and continue to accomplish the three other main projects above.

How to Donate
Donate via PayPal – Click the PayPal button below and specify your chosen fund.
Interac eTransfer (Canada Only) – Send your donation to namgyalyangzab@gmail.com. Mention your chosen fund and include your email for tax receipt issuance.
Donation Allocation Policy – We value every contribution and strive to honour the intent of our donors. For donations under $3,000, NYBCC reserves the right to reallocate funds to other needs if the goal of the specified fund has been met. We will personally contact you for donations of $3,000 or more for potential reallocation should the intended fund’s target be achieved.
Tax Benefits – As a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), your donations to NYBCC are eligible for tax receipts. Provide your address, and receive your official receipt via email in February of the following year.
